An engine can last a very long time before the timing belt needs a replacement. Expect to have it replaced around 60,000 to 100,000 miles (when equipped) or 5 to 8 years.
The air filter should be replaced after 12,000 to 24,000 miles or as indicated by inspection. Unless told by an inspector, 10,000 miles or less is probably too soon and unnecessary.
Lights and tire pressure should be inspected at least once every month.
Every 3,000 to 5,000 miles or 3 to 4 months you should get the oil and filtered changed. At the same time you should get the chassis lubricated.
You should have your tires rotated about every 6,000 miles or every other oil change.
